Step 1:
The easiest way is to fill out our application using our Adobe web form by clicking here.
You are also welcome to download our adoption application for a Daisey’s Doodles puppy.
Step 2:
Email your completed application to Trina Runner Palosaari by clicking here. Don’t forget to attach your completed application and a photo of you/your family.
Step 3:
Trina will arrange a phone or video call to review your application and answer any questions within three business days. You can also call her at (425) 835-3184. For most litters, we are able to provide a flight nanny to deliver your puppy for a fee or you may fly in and we can meet you at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. We will have all of the airline’s needed documentation pre-prepared and ready to go.
Step 4:
Submit your $500 refundable deposit to hold your spot. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Afterpay on our website.
Step 5:
Upon Puppy Choosing Day, we will arrange a time with you to pay the rest of your owed portion and sign your Puppy Adoption Agreement (sample contract here). After you fill out your portion and sign, we will also sign it and email it back to you. This will also be your receipt.
Depending on a variety of factors, you will either choose your puppy 1-2 weeks before take home day or choose and take home same day.
